Yes. In Chenab Block and the Executive Enclave of Indus Block, possession is handed over and families are actively residing in completed homes. Building control bylaws, architectural drawings, and site demarcations are processed directly at our Indus Block site office.
The approved master plan has 2,462 residential plots in 21 sizes, from 20′ × 40′ to 70′ × 90′. The most common sizes are 30′ × 60′ (824 plots), 25′ × 50′ (505), 30′ × 50′ (390) and 50′ × 90′ (299). It also includes 68 apartment sites, commercial and commercialized sites, and agro-farm houses in Indus Block.
Overseas buyers can examine the dated aerial photographs from 2016 to 2021 on the homepage, and open the block maps to see every plot, street, mosque, school and park on the approved plan. For on-ground inspections, our site office is open six days a week.
Transfers are executed in person at the Mumtaz City site office with biometric verification, NDC issuance, and formal registry documentation. Mumtaz City is managed by Mumtaz Construction Company (Pvt.) Ltd., registered with SECP.
